Preliminary Works
- Survey and prepare a dilapidation report of external cladding of Wharf 4 and 5.
Main Works
- Repair the replace 11,000m2 of flooring in Wharf 4&5.
- Supply and install timber battens, acoustic underlay, galvabond, plywood flooring, fibre cement sheeting, parquetry flooring, engineered timber board, harlequin liberty sprung floor panel system.
- Waterproof heritage windows.
- Repair superstructure wall frame.
- Construct reveal frame for the roof gable louvre.
- Prepare and reinstall hardwood timber ceiling cladding.
- Remove, repair and reinstall sills and wall frames.
- Remove, repair and reinstall cargo doors.
- Remove and refit window reveals.
- Remove and refit external door timber frames.
- Repair façade and external cladding.
