Main Works
- Repair the replace 6000m2 of flooring in Pier 2&3.
- Supply and install timber battens, acoustic underlay, plywood flooring, fibre cement sheeting, parquetry flooring, engineered timber board and hardwood timber flooring.
- Waterproof heritage windows.
- Prepare and reinstall hardwood timber ceiling cladding.
- Remove, repair and reinstall cargo doors.
- Remove, repair and reinstall sills, wall frames.
- Install brass wall cladding.
- Repair façade and external cladding.
